Nestled in the Lower Albayzín, Granada's UNESCO-listed historic quarter, Casa del Beso is a one-of-a-kind holiday home where Andalusian soul meets contemporary comfort — and where every living room window frames a postcard of the Alhambra.
With a vibrant, colourful style, Andalusian design, and our family's adventurous spirit, the house offers a unique atmosphere and an experience designed to be enjoyed with all the senses.
THE SPACE
Spread across 110 m² of thoughtfully designed living space plus a 50 m² private terrace overlooking the Alhambra, the house sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms and unfolds over two floors:
- Upper floor, accessed by a welcoming staircase:
- Bright master bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed and a 160 cm diameter jacuzzi and views of the Alhambra.
- Bathroom with a hydromassage shower column.
- Private terrace: furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast or dinner while enjoying the views of the Alhambra.
- Kitchen and living room: The fully equipped kitchen, connected to the terrace, opens onto the spacious living room via a breakfast bar made of centuries-old eucalyptus wood. The living room features a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and arched windows with spectacular panoramic views of the Alhambra.
- Lower floor:
- Double bedroom.
- Single bedroom.
- Bathroom with rain shower, hand shower, and thermostat.
EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
The house offers free Wi-Fiair conditioning with a heat pump, a fireplace in the living room, electric awnings on the terrace, and blackout curtains for sun and light protection.
The 35 m² living room is equipped with a 42” TV and Zapi TV (streaming and interactive television platform, offering more than 80 national and international channels, movies, series and documentaries), a library with over 150 books and magazines, and board games.
The kitchen features an induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, electric juice squeezer, hand blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, moka pot, French press for tea or coffee, and glasses for wine, beer, gin & tonic, and cava.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and amenities free of SLS, parabens, and phthalates, and not tested on animals. Towels and sheets are 100% cotton, and feathers duvets.

With clean geometric lines, fine materials, and abundant natural light, the house recreates local architecture with wooden beams, terracotta floors, Marble or parquet flooring, and Nasrid plasterwork inspired by the design of the Alhambra.
