BENEFITS OF BOOKING DIRECT

When booking directly on our website, instead that on other well-known booking sites, you will enjoy:

  • BREAKFAST: Small welcome breakfast kit complimentary, so you can have breakfast on the first day (toasts, tomato, olive oil, salt, muffins, milk, coffee, tea, and infusions). 
  • LOOOONG: Early check-in or Late check-out free of charge (subject to availability).
  • THANK YOU: 1% of your booking, if made on our website, will be donated to the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (AECC). 
    • There are so many interesting projects and needs, that from time to time, we will change foundation or NGO.

RATES

Daily Rates:

  • Regular Rate: 219 euros*/2 people/night.
  • Additional person: +70 euros*/per person/night.

*Excludes bank holidays and special dates. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

NOTES

  • Maximum guests: 5 people + 1 child under 12 months in a travel cot (only previous request and must be confirmed by us).
  • Initially we do not accept children from 1 to 7 years old. The reason is because it is a two-floor house and in the stairs we do not have kids’ safety doors. Moreover, the terrace bench -please see the pictures- can be very risky for children. However, if you do accept and take full responsibility, we will be delighted to have you all at home. 
  • No pets, no smoking and no vaping allowed.

POLICIES

Payment Schedule

  1. 50% due at time of booking.
  2. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
  • The payment schedule/policy that applies to other rates/offers, not Daily Rates or Special Rates, will be presented at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 15 days before arrival or earlier. Prior to 23:59 h; Spain peninsula time zone.
  • 0% refundable if cancelled after, no-show or early departure.
  • The cancellation policy that applies to other rates/offers, not Daily Rates or Special Rates, will be presented at the time of booking.

Damage deposit policy

A pre-authorization of 250 euros is due 0 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure; once the house has been inspected by us and has no evidence of accidental/intentional damage, loss or missing objects, breaches to the policies and rules, including additional cleaning costs due to the house being left in an unacceptable state.
